4.1 IT Support & Outsourcing

AITT provides IT support, managed services, cybersecurity solutions, and remote assistance. Any specific terms regarding service agreements, pricing, and duration will be outlined in a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA).

4.2 No Guaranteed Issue Resolution

While AITT strives to provide high-quality IT solutions, we do not guarantee that all technical issues will be resolvedimmediately. Some problems may require third-party intervention, extended troubleshooting, or hardware replacement.

4.3 Response Time

AITT aims to respond to support requests within the agreed-upon SLA timeframe. However, response times may varybased on workload, complexity, or third-party dependencies.

5. Payment & Billing

5.1 Pricing & Quotes

  • Pricing for IT services is provided on a case-by-case basis.
  • Quotes provided are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Any additional costs incurred during the service period will be communicated prior to implementation.

5.2 Payment Terms

  • Payments are due within 7 days of the invoice date unless stated otherwise.
  • Late payments may incur penalty fees or result in service suspension.

5.3 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not applicable once a service has been initiated or completed.
  • If a service is canceled before commencement, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

6.1 Limitation of Liability

AITT is not liable for:
❌ Any data loss, business disruptions, or financial loss resulting from IT service use.
❌ Cyberattacks, security breaches, or hacking incidents beyond our reasonable control.
❌ Third-party software/hardware failures affecting system performance.

6.2 No Warranty

AITT provides services “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free services.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

7.1 User Data Handling

We collect, process, and store user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7.2 Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell or trade personal data. However, some information may be shared with trusted partners for service delivery purposes (e.g., cloud storage providers, cybersecurity vendors).

7.3 Security Measures

AITT implements firewalls, encryption, and access controls to protect client data. However, users acknowledge that no system is 100% secure, and AITT is not responsible for data breaches beyond our control.

8. Termination of Services

AITT reserves the right to terminate services if:

🚫 Payment obligations are not met within the agreed period.
🚫 Activities are detected that compromise AITT’s integrity, security, or network stability.

Clients can terminate services by providing written notice at least 30 days in advance.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software provided by AITT are protected under copyright laws. Users may notreproduce, modify, or distribute any AITT materials without prior written consent.

10. Third-Party Links & Services

Our website may contain external links to third-party websites. AITT is not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of any external sites.

11. Force Majeure

AITT is not liable for service failures due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
